The preview comes first
You can ask us to review your website without purchasing a plan. We agree on the standard website scope and build a working preview at no charge. If you decide not to proceed with that preview, you owe nothing for it.
Standard previews usually take a few days once we have the material we need. We agree on timing for more involved work. Your website launches only after your approval. Sending an inquiry or viewing a preview does not authorize a charge or start a subscription.
What the plans include
- Website & care — $79/month: the agreed business website, hosting, technical upkeep, and unlimited everyday content updates.
- Website + publishing — $99/month: everything in Website & care, plus blog design, article import/publishing tools, their upkeep, and unlimited publishing of client-written articles.
A standard site typically has five to eight core pages; we agree on what your business needs before building. That is a typical scope, not a hard page limit. Blog articles do not count as core pages.
What unlimited means
Everyday updates include text, photos, prices, hours, team details, links, and similar content changes within your site’s existing design. There is no monthly request count or time allowance.
The publishing plan includes as many finished client-written articles as you wish to publish, with no per-post charge or monthly article, word, or image allowance. You provide the finished copy and images; we import, format, check, and publish them in the agreed blog design.
We reply within one business day and agree on completion dates and publishing priorities. Larger batches take time to process. The amount of ordinary content work does not create an extra usage fee.
When something is a separate project
New layouts, a redesign, custom migration software, integrations, accounts, payments, dashboards, and other new application features are separately scoped work. We describe the work and agree on any additional price before starting.
Domain registration, business email, approved paid assets, and third-party subscriptions are separate costs. Standard hosting is included. Article research, writing, and substantial editing are separate from publishing client-supplied articles. An archive’s article count alone does not trigger a migration or per-post fee.
Billing and cancellation
Monthly care starts when your approved website launches. You can cancel the monthly service at any time by email. We confirm the service end date and arrange the handoff of your site and content.
Before you authorize a paid service, your launch confirmation or order must state the currency, billing date, recurring-payment authorization, applicable taxes, cancellation effective date, and treatment of any partial paid period. These details are still to be finalized for this draft. There is no payment form or active checkout on this preview website.
Custom projects have their own agreed fees, milestones, and cancellation terms before that work starts.
Your content and approvals
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information and for having permission to use the text, images, logos, and other material you supply. Review business facts, prices, claims, and contact details before approving publication.
You give us permission to use and adapt the supplied material as needed to build, host, update, and publish your site. You retain your rights in it. We may decline content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights.
We use AI-assisted tools in our work and review the output. Any handling of confidential material, account access, or personal data needed for a customer project must be agreed separately before it is provided to a third-party tool.
Your website stays yours
Your domain remains registered in your name. You retain your business content, published articles, and supplied images. After launch, if you cancel, we provide your site files, blog content export, and handoff notes so another provider can take over.
Reusable tools, open-source components, fonts, and licensed assets keep their own licenses. Connected services may need a separate account or subscription after handoff. The launch agreement must identify any such dependencies and the handoff process. Rights to an unaccepted free preview must also be settled before the service opens to customers.
Care, availability, and outside services
We maintain the setup agreed for your site, check changes, and keep recoverable site versions and backups of its content store. Hosting and recovery arrangements are described before launch.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular search ranking, or a particular business result. External hosting, email, domain, payment, or booking services have their own terms and availability. If an issue affects your site, we’ll explain what we know and the next steps.
Using this website
Please use this website lawfully. Do not try to gain unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or submit spam or material you do not have permission to share. Portfolio screenshots identify their source projects; they do not mean every feature shown is included in a standard monthly plan.
Our privacy policy explains how this marketing website handles information. Customer website visitors and data-processing responsibilities may require additional project-specific terms.
