A website people can use
We aim to make this website usable with a keyboard, assistive technology, and different screen sizes. The current design includes labeled form fields, visible keyboard focus, text alternatives for images, a skip link, and expandable questions that expose their open or closed state.
We check the page as it changes. This statement does not claim an independent audit or formal conformance certification.
Tell us what is getting in the way
If you have difficulty using the site, we’d like to hear which page or feature caused trouble and what happened. Browser or assistive-technology details can help, but share only what you’re comfortable providing.
You can email us directly without relying on the inquiry form.
What we still need to check
We still need to complete keyboard and screen-reader checks of navigation, inquiry validation, confirmation messages, and policy pages, and review contrast and zoom behavior. Any accessibility issues found should be fixed and recorded as the site evolves.
